The New Royalty-Free CFX-2591 Logo for IPC-2591
We were told not to use the IPC's CFX logo so we made one for the Community.
As previously reported, the legal use of the IPC-2591 CFX logo is unclear and as it contains the IPC Corporate identity it will be unwise to use it for any permanent works like products.
We gift to the community our New Royalty-Free CFX-2591 logo.
It uses both the three-letter acronym CFX and also spells what it is in long form for newbies. A number has been used to hint at the IPC's standard number. We have also intentionally used the same typeface so it assures customers that this isn't a competitive open source project that has been forked from the code base.
We will also be using the CFX-2591 term as a differentiator to reference the software implementation of the IPC-2591 standard, rather than the standard itself.
